This is an action to establish an easement and to compel the removal of a fence erected by the defendants on October 17, 1952, across the path of said easement.
The plaintiff and defendants are the owners of adjoining parcels of real property, each consisting of a two-family dwelling house, with a three-car garage in the rear portion of each house.
