¶1 The Juvenile Justice Act of 1977, chapter 13.40 RCW, authorizes a court in certain circumstances to defer disposition of a juvenile, order restitution, and revoke the deferred disposition if restitution goes unpaid. A juvenile court revoked N.S.T.’s deferred disposition for failing to pay her court-ordered restitution.
