DECISION

ORSER, Judge:

The accused was tried by a special court-martial, with members, on charges alleging two wrongful transfers and one attempted wrongful transfer of cocaine, in violation of Articles 92 and 80 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 880. He was convicted of only the attempted transfer offense and sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three months, forfeiture of $250.00 per month for three months, and reduction to the grade of airman basic.
