This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County following Appellant’s conviction on the-charges of robbery, possessing an instrument of crime, and person not to possess a firearm. 1 Appellant contends (1) the trial court erred in failing to suppress the victim’s in-and-out-of-court identifications of Appellant as the perpetrator; (2) the trial court erred in limiting defense counsel’s cross-examination of Detective Frank Mullen as it pertains to the police’s -normal protocols for conducting a photo array;…
