PER CURIAM: *

Appellant Mary Alice Silva (“Silva”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment to the City of Hidalgo (or “City”) on her claims under the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and Title VTI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.1 For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the district court’s grant of summary judgment.

STATEMENT OF FACTS
