This is a stockholders' derivative suit commenced by complainants by bill filed September 12th, 1938, for the benefit of Breeze Corporations, Inc., named as a nominal defendant. Subsequently an addition to the bill by way of supplement was filed. The original complainants were seventy-nine in number holding 8,662 shares of stock of whom some have since disposed of their shares, leaving forty-one remaining who hold 4,044 shares.
