Heheb, J.

Appellants, Edward C. Kern and John B. Kern, were severally adjudged guilty of “misappropriations” of the moneys of E. C. & J. B. Kern, Incorporated, now a bankrupt corporation, prior to the adjudication in bankruptcy; and they and Fannie E. Kern, who constituted the board of directors of the corporation during the period of the claimed peculations, were found to have been guilty of “gross negligence” in the directorial management of the corporate affairs and business, and personal liability for the moneys so “misappropriated” was decreed.
