In this personal injury case arising out of a dog bite, we granted the application for interlocutory appeal of Abundant Animal Care, LLC and Dr. Walton Waller, DVM (collectively “the clinic”) to review the trial court’s order denying their motion for summary judgment. In several related enumerations of error, the clinic contends the trial court should have granted its motion for summary judgment. For the reasons explained below, we agree and reverse.
