This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States Customs Court, adjudging the dutiable value of certain alizarine sky blue “B” *382powder, a coal-tar dye, imported from Belgium, to be $2.65 per pound United States value under section 402 (d) of the Tariff Act of 1922. Eight appeals to reappraisement are involved in the judgment of the lower court, the numbers of which are set out in the schedule accompanying such judgment.
