Continental Insurance Company appeals from the judgment of the Probate Court of Gwinnett County finding it liable under a guardianship bond.
The record reveals that the bond at issue, in the amount of $52,000, was filed in the probate court by Jeannie Garner Gazaway, the duly appointed guardian of the person and property of Charlie Junior Gazaway. The bond named Continental Insurance Company as surety, and it was issued by George G. Robinson as attorney-in-fact for Continental.
