INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Michigan, pursuant to Title 28 United States Code Section 158. In the proceedings below, in an Opinion and Order dated February 17, 1989, the law firm of Clary, Nantz, Wood, Hoffius, Rankin & Cooper (“Clary Nantz”) was appointed to represent the debtor-in-possession, Watervliet Paper Company, Inc.
