I. INTRODUCTION
Several applications to employ professional persons pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 327 1 have been filed in the above captioned cases and are now pending before the Court. These two cases are not consolidated or jointly administered, but because the issues raised by the applications in the two cases are identical, the Court addresses them together in a single memorandum.
