I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the application of Neil M. Kerstein, Esq. (“Kerstein” or “counsel”), counsel to Guard Force Management, Inc. (the “Debtor”), for compensation in the amount of $46,335.80 for legal fees and expenses. The Court scheduled a hearing on Kerstein’s fee application for June 8, 1995. At the hearing, the United States Trustee orally objected to the fee application on the ground that the fees requested were excessive.
