INTRODUCTION

The Plaintiff, Richard A. Thompson, initially brought this action against the Defendant, UGL Unicco Service Company d/b/a UGL Unicco (“UGL Unicco”) on April 30, 2009. In his amended complaint filed May 29, 2009, Thompson alleged violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2601, et seq.
