MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PLUNKETT, District Judge.
This case comes before us on an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s award of attorneys’ fees to the Appellees. For the reasons that follow, we uphold the bankruptcy court’s award.
Background
On January 17, 1987, Avery Z. Eliscu (“Eliscu”) filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 7, Title 11 of the United States Code. (Appellant’s Br. at 1.) Patricia A.
