This appeal presents a petition for certiorari filed in the Circuit Court of Shelby County to strike down an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Menu-phis, passed April 27, 1948, whereby two lots of the Petitioner’s which before the amendment, were zoned “C Commercial” and “B Residential,” and by the amendment were restricted to use as “A Residential” properties.
