Western Section.

Mrs. Elsie J. Goodwin was terminated from employment as a Home Health Aid with the Metropolitan Board of Health. Administrative hearings were afforded Mrs. Goodwin, but her termination as an employee of the Metropolitan Board of Health was upheld at the hearings. A Writ of Certiora-ri pursuant to T.C.A. § 27-9-114 was issued by 'the Chancellor to review the action of the hearing board. In the Petition for Cer-tiorari Mrs. Goodwin also sought additional relief by requesting a Declaratory Judgment to have certain regulations of the Board of Health declared…
