Plaintiff, Cyrena Chang Paulin (“Paulin”), brings this action against the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (“the University”) for breach of contract and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. Plaintiff seeks injunctive relief and compensatory damages. This matter is presently before the Court on the School’s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) [Dkt. No. 3].
