Plaintiff Kassahun Tefera (“Tefera”), proceeding pro se, filed the instant complaint in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia on June 7, 2013. Tefera alleges that Defendant OneWest Bank, FSB (“Defendant”), illegally foreclosed on his home. (Compl., Ex. A to Notice of Removal, ECF No. 1-1, at 2.)
