The plaintiff has filed a bill of interpleader, has paid into the registry of this court the sum of $1,127 (alleged to be the net proceeds of a life insurance policy in the face amount of $2,000, plus prepaid interest of $24.22 and less a policy loan of $897.22) payable by plaintiff, and now moves for the entry of an order discharging it from further liability to any of the defendants on said policy and enjoining said defendants from bringing any action against plaintiff on the policy, and ordering the Clerk of this court to pay to the plaintiff’s attorneys…
