Appellant appeals from a jury conviction for aiding and abetting in the delivery of a controlled substance.

On April 18, 1979, an undercover police officer and an informant went to appellant’s residence for the purpose of purchasing narcotics. They were followed by another officer in an unmarked vehicle, who was tape recording conversations made in the presence of the undercover officer (who was wearing a hidden microphone).
