MEMORANDUM DECISION REGARDING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO VALUE COLLATERAL OF BANKERS HOME LOANS

Before the court is a motion by the debtor, Martha Elva Serda (the “Debtor”) to value the collateral of Bankers Home Loans (“Bankers”). Bankers holds the second priority trust deed (the “Bankers’ Lien”) against the Debtor’s residence located in Wasco, California (the “Residence”).
