This matter comes before the Court upon a continued confirmation hearing on the Chapter 13 plan filed by Debtors. Suntrust Bank (“Suntrust”) holds a second mortgage on Debtors’ principal residence (the “Property”) and objected to Debtors’ plan, in which Debtors moved to value Suntrust’s mortgage at zero.
