Watkins, mortgagors of a nursing home facility known as the Restorative Care Center (Center), and the Center's lessor-owners (hereinafter referred to collectively as the Watkins) appeal from an order granting partial summary judgment in favor of Restorative Care Center, Inc., its shareholders, and its wholly owned subsidiary, C&L Concerns, Inc.
