Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company appeals from judgment entered following the April 22, 1991 order denying post-trial motions filed following a jury award in favor of Bernard E. and Mildred B. Gallagher, in their capacity as guardians of their son, Edward P. Gallagher. The Gallaghers cross-appeal from an interim order granting a compulsory nonsuit against them on a breach of contract claim. For ease, we refer to Harleysville as appellant and the Gallaghers as appellees until we address the issue raised in the Gallaghers’ cross-appeal. The issues presented in this appeal are:…
