Suit by Harriet M. Lewis against Donald Beckard and Jennings Haggerty, for injuries sustained in an automobile accident on October 20, 1927, at the intersection of D and 'Twenty-sixth streets in Lincoln. The defendant Haggerty filed a counterclaim against the plaintiff. The jury found for the plaintiff against the defendant Haggerty in the sum of $5,000. The jury found in favor of the defendant Beckard. The court directed a finding against defendant Haggerty on his counterclaim.
