Appeal from a judgment of the district court.

It appears from the record that Arnold Iverson filed a claim with the probate court of Norman County in the estate of Isabelle Dahl asking the probate court to find that he was in fact the adopted son *157of Elvin Eli Dahl, deceased, and said Isabelle Dabl and that be was sole beir and beneficiary of her estate.
