{¶ 1} Delbert and Donna Bratcher ("Bratchers") appeal the judgment of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas in favor of Randall L. Adkins and Adkins Timber (collectively "Adkins") on Adkins' complaint alleging a breach of a real estate purchase agreement. On appeal, the Bratchers contend that the trial court erred when it refused to consider parol evidence because the parties' contract was ambiguous.
