{¶ 1} Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), as trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated as of February 28, 2001, Series 2001-A, appeals the judgment of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas. Wells Fargo filed its complaint because of alleged mistakes in two separate transactions. The first mistake occurred during the transfer of real property between Wilma McClurg (“Wilma”) and Joe McClurg Sr. (“Joe Senior”).
