We grant appellees’ motion for rehearing and motion for certification, withdraw our prior opinion, and substitute the following in its place.
Mayan Schwartz, the plaintiff in a lawsuit alleging legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty, appeals a final judgment entered in favor of the defendants, attorney Stuart Bloch and the law firm of Bloch, Minerley & Fein, P.L.
