This cause is before us upon the appellant’s appeal from the judgment of the trial court denying a writ of mandate in an action wherein the appellant sought the order of the court requiring the Board of Supervisors of Mono County to direct the cancellation of certain tax assessments, etc., under the provisions of section 3804a of the Political Code.
