This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Allen County in an action brought by the plaintiff, Burlin R. Boop, alleging the liability to him of defendant, The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, under the provisions of both the Federal Employers ’ Liability Act (Section 51, Title 45, IT. S. Code) and the Federal Safety Appliance Act (Section 1, Title 45, U. S. Code), for in juries received by Boop while working as a car inspector in defendant’s yard.
