COX, Judge:
Staff Sergeant Boyd was tried on September 30 and October 1, 1986, by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Prior to entering pleas, he moved to dismiss the charge and specifications on the ground that they were based on evidence derived from his prior immunized testimony in the court-martial of Senior Airman Wills.
