MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

ALFRED C. HAGAN, Chief Judge.

Debtors filed their voluntary joint chapter 7 petition in this Court on March 29, 1993. On April 29, 1993, the debtors filed their statement of financial affairs and chapter 7 schedules. These documents, however, contained no information except the name and compensation details of the debtors’ attorney. Instead of providing the information required by the statement of affairs and schedules, the debtors inserted at the bottom of each page the following statement: “Each Debtor refuses to answer this question or each of these questions on the…
