MEMORANDUM OPINION

This adversary proceeding came on for hearing before the Court on October 12,1993 on plaintiffs Motion for Default Judgment and defendant’s Objection thereto, concerning plaintiffs Complaint and Amended Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt. The motion for default judgment is based upon the debtor/defendant’s asserted failure to comply with an order compelling production of certain documents, entered on July 22, 1993, with the debtor again refusing to produce any documents on the grounds of possible self-incrimination.
