Aurora Cassirer, the chapter 11 trustee in these cases, has moved for an order, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 521(4), 542(a) and 542(e), directing the debtor, David Schick, to turnover a certain laptop computer (the “Computer”) and information stored on its hard disk or downloaded to another storage medium (the “Information”).
