This is an appeal by the defendant Russell B. Seymour, as trustee in bankruptcy of the estate of Fred B. Dunn, a bankrupt, from a portion of the judgment and decree of foreclosure made and entered in an action instituted by the plaintiff for the purpose of foreclosing the lien of a mortgage executed by Fred B. Dunn and his wife in favor of plaintiff Pomona College, a corporation.
