*838 Relator Jeffrey Berkowitz filed a qui tam complaint against nine separate defendants, alleging violations of the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 U.S.C. § 3730 . The defendants moved to dismiss Berkowitz' third amended complaint for failure to state a claim. The district court granted the defendants' motions and dismissed the case. We affirm.
