Dumas Public School District (Dumas) appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas 1 awarding the appellee, William Earl Jennings the sum of $13,700.00 together with costs and interest from the date of judgment at a rate of 12.08 percent per annum.
