Local 42, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, Richard Sewall, the former secretary-treasurer of Local 42, and the Estate of Frank Salemme, 1 the former president of Local 42, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Local 42”), appeal from the judgment entered by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and request that a new trial be granted.
