Defendant-appellant Travelers Insurance Company appeals from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee Insurance Company of North America (“INA”) holding that plaintiff INA was entitled to recover from Travelers $100,000 that INA had paid to settle a claim against Travelers and INA’s insured, Morse Diesel.
