Commercial Union Insurance Company (Commercial Union) appeals the district court's judgment, in a case tried with the consent of the parties before a magistrate, requiring Commercial Union, as the insurer of a shipment of grain that was lost when a barge sank, to respond for the entire amount of the grain lost.
