Continental Casualty Company (Continental) appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment to Crystal Kilcher, Daniel Kilcher, and Anthony Muellenberg, individually and as trustee of the Troy Muellenberg revocable trust (collectively, Plaintiffs).
