This case arises out of James, Jenalyn, and Wade Morden’s claims against. Defendant XL Specialty Insurance (XL) for XL’s alleged bad faith denial of insurance coverage and breach of its fiduciary duty to its insureds, Terry Deru and Belsen Getty, LLC (collectively, Belsen Getty).
