OPINION

KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

This case comes to us upon interlocutory appeal of the District Court’s order granting plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction *396staying arbitration proceedings between the parties. We are asked to decide (1) whether the District Court lacked jurisdiction to grant the injunction under the Anti-Injunction Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2283, and (2) whether the issuance of the preliminary injunction was proper. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
