OPINION
BOYCE F. MARTIN, JR., Chief Circuit Judge.
M. Dianne Smothers appeals her citation for criminal contempt in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the denial of her motion for reconsideration. For the following rea sons, we vacate the order and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
