OPINION

A jury convicted appellant, Robert Lee Burnett, of failure to comply with sex- offender registration requirements. 1 The trial court found two enhancement paragraphs true and assessed appellant’s punishment at sixty years’ confinement. In his sole issue on appeal, appellant argues that the State’s evidence was legally insufficient to establish that he moved or intended to move residences, thus triggering his duty to report his new address at least seven days before the anticipated move date.

We affirm.
