OPINION

JANE BLAND, Justice.

A jury convicted Jacob Matthew Kiffe of driving while intoxicated. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.04 (West 2011). Kiffe stipulated to two prior convictions of driving while intoxicated. The trial court assessed his punishment at three years’ community supervision, with a suspended sentence of five years’ confinement. On appeal, Kiffe contends that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support his conviction of driving while intoxicated.
