Appellants Robert J. Landy, Ralph H. Meyer, Richard W. Botnick, and Guthrie Healthcare System (GHS) have filed notices of appeal seeking review of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bradford County (trial court) dated September 22, 1993, granting appellees’, Lynn A. Smaha, M.D., William C. Luft, M.D., Roy E. Wert, M.D. and Sidney G. Ranck, M.D., motion to strike all documents filed with the trial court purportedly on behalf of GHS.
