The defendant issued two so-called industrial policies of life insurance, each for $250, upon the life of Angelina *704Salamida on the 25th day of February, 1931. Each of said policies was payable at death of the insured to her husband, the plaintiff in this action. The insured died on March 17, 1932. The policies were issued after solicitation by one Frate, an agent of defendant, who solicited insurance, delivered policies and made weekly collections of premiums.
